    Description
This course is designed to help the student develop an understanding of the concepts of criminal parole and probation. Students will examine this area of criminal justice from a historical, theoretical, and practical viewpoint, to understand how these different types of convicted offender supervisions overlap. Students will also study the political and economic ramifications of juvenile delinquents and their rights of Due Process.
