Transfers ToCSUDescriptionTopics will include the history and current functions of crime analysis, along with its changing roles and future applications. Students will explore each of the major types of crime analysis: administrative, strategic, tactical, and investigative. This class is intended for those students who wish to work in a nontraditional role in law enforcement and for sworn personnel who want to have a better understanding how crime analysis can optimize their law enforcement efforts.
