    Prerequisite
    Completion of AFAB 130, AFAB 210, ENGL 315, and PSY 301. This course provides supervisors/leads/technicians with the aviation safety principles and practices needed to manage the problems associated with aircraft manufacturing/maintenance operations, aviation safety program development, safety management systems, aviation human factors issues, and case studies relevant to aviation safety. This includes the identification and analysis of major problem areas and the impact of accidents on the aviation industry. Students are prepared to assume safety responsibilities in their areas of operation. (CSU, AVC)
