It provides practical experience, in the children's theatre style, in one of the following areas: scenery, scenic painting, properties, costumes, lighting, sound, video, projections, stage management, house management, box office, publicity, and running crews. It is designed for students with intermediate/significant theatre experience. Students interested in technical work interview for positions with the technical director. Field trips may be required. A portion of this course may be offered in a TBA component of 54-162 hours which may include technical preparation, activities, rehearsals, and performances.
