    Description
    of the Los Rios Community College District for Allied Health Programs and certification in Basic Life Support for the Health Care Provider. This course presents the principles of medical gas delivery devices; humidity, aerosol and hyperinflation therapies, and chest physiotherapy. It also covers the application, patient assessment, patient monitoring, and evaluation of the efficacy of medical gas, humidity, aerosol and hyperinflation therapies, and chest physiotherapy. A portion of this course may be offered with a TBA component which may include working in clinical sites.
