Description: This course is a study of family life and intimate relationships from historical, sociological, and psychological viewpoints. Topics include elements for building and maintaining intimate relationships, the structure and functions of marriage, family, sexuality, parenting, gender roles, gender diversity, partner selection, conflict, crisis, divorce, and starting over.
