- Pipefitter Apprentice. This course introduces the Plumber and Pipefitter Apprentice to the theory and application of psychrometrics, refrigerant piping design, advanced refrigeration, hydronic piping systems, and jobsite hazards. This course also covers customer service and relations as well as preparation for the UA STAR certification exam.
