- required by clinical facility. This course provides clinical experience in nutritional care management. Topics include disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, diabetes, wasting disorders, nutrition, and mental health. A portion of this course may be offered in a TBA component of 90 hours which will include professionally supervised clinical experience in dietary departments of acute care hospitals and long term care facilities.
