    Description
    required by clinical facility. This course offers clinical experience in health care facilities and is performed under professional supervision. Topics include residents' rights in food service, disaster relief feeding programs, getting ready for state inspection, and injury and illness prevention programs. A portion of this course may be offered in a TBA component of 90 hours which will include professionally supervised clinical experience in dietary departments of acute care hospitals and long term care facilities.
