Advanced techniques in equalization, spatial placement, automation, and reverberation are investigated. Lab work is regularly presented in class for critical evaluation. A routine component of the course is listening exercises to develop critical listening skills. The Music Department's Avid Pro Tools HD Digital Audio Workstation will be used for mixing projects. A final mix project will then be mastered and converted into a number of possible final output formats including various streaming platforms.Usually HeldTue Thu 1:30pm–2:20pm, Tue Thu 2:30pm–3:50pm
