- This course provides an introduction to interpreting in behavioral health settings. It covers signs used by Deaf people related to sex, alcohol, and drug abuse and resources available to Deaf people including Deaf Hope, Deaf Safe, and sobriety meetings. The course also addresses methods for assessing one's capacity for interpreting equitably and ethically in these situations.
