- Apprentice. This course brings together concepts from INSTL 106 (Introduction to Resilient) and INSTL 114 (Introduction to Flash Cove) to complete a flash cove installation using the hand-fit method using vinyl sheet goods. The boot-plug and v-plug outside corner option are also covered. This course is the equivalent of course number 303 for the Carpenter's Training Center of Northern California (CTCNC).
