    Description
    This course covers global historical relationships between the decorative arts, period furniture, and interior architecture from antiquity through the 1800s. Emphasis is on style development as it relates to socio- economic and political factors of the times, as well as identification of specific furniture styles and architectural features. Field trips may be required.
