Topics include charging, recovery, recycling, and reclamation; installation of heat pumps, safety procedures, leak testing and troubleshooting. It is sponsored by the United Association of Union Plumbers, Fitters, Welders, and Service Technicians and is for apprenticeship only. Course enrollment is limited to those who have been accepted by the union local responsible for the section.
