    300/480) or ESLW 340 This course is a cooperative effort between the college and hospitality industries in the community to provide training through practical on-the- job experience. Internship sponsors/employers assist in the acquisition of skills and application of knowledge learned in the classroom. A portion of this course may be offered in a TBA component of 36 - 198 hours which may include setting tables, setting up food, and serving food.
