    Description
    must be an employee of a federal wildland fire fighting agency, which includes: United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, the United States Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, or a member of a local or state fire agency. This course meets the training needs of a food unit leader (FDUL). Topics include information about the assignment, coordination, general information, safe food handling, national contract administration, alternate feeding methods, and demobilization. A significant portion of this course is devoted to examining the administration of the National Mobile Food Services Contract as it applies to the FDUL. Pass/No Pass only.
