    Description
    must 1) be an employee of a federal wildland fire fighting agency, which includes: United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, the United States Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, or a member of a local or state fire agency, and 2) satisfactory performance as a base/camp manager (BCMG). This course prepares students to perform the job of facilities unit leader (FACL). Topics include an introduction to operational leadership, mobilization, arrival at an incident, risk management, safety and tactics, demobilization, and post-incident responsibilities. Pass/No Pass only.
