    Description
    must be 1) an employee of a federal wildland fire fighting agency, which includes: United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, the United States Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, or a member of a local or state fire agency, and 2) strongly recommended that the student has completed all prerequisite experience and course work to be qualified at the type 2 level as an incident commander (ICT2), command, or general staff. This course prepares students to function effectively in the position of a type 2 incident commander, command, or general staff. It focuses on the application of previously acquired knowledge and skills. Topics include effective decision making, team interaction, transfer of command, and the planning process. Pass/No Pass only.
