This course provides in-depth training in the Incident Command System (ICS) and its components. This course provides the necessary training needed to manage and command large scale complex incidents, as well as the knowledge to develop organizational structures. Topics include fundamentals review for command and general staff, major and/or complex incident/event management, area command, and multi-agency coordination.
