    Description
    must be an employee of a federal wildland fire fighting agency, which includes: United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, the United States Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs. This course is designed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to perform as a team leader. Topics include leadership, fire fighting skills, fire behavior, basic air operations, firing equipment and techniques, fireline fatalities, and physical training. This course is presented in a formal academy setting. This course was formerly listed as FIRE 1502. This course is not open to students who have completed FIRE 1502. Pass/No Pass only.
