It focuses on TCP/IP and related services, including Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Naming System (DNS), Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS), Internet Information Server (IIS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate service, Internet protocol security (IPSec), Network Address Translation (NAT), and remote access. It also covers configuring Windows as a network router, Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity and managing a Windows deployment using Remote Installation Services (RIS).
