Topics include the use of business-related hardware and software, business communication, electronic calendars, project management, records management, business document preparation, cloud-based applications, information storage, and team collaboration. Critical thinking, problem-solving, administrative procedures, and information processing technologies are used to complete assignments and activities applicable in a business environment. Skills learned will provide a foundation in information and communications technology used in administration and management positions. This course is not open to students who have previously taken BUSTEC 110.
