Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course applies the principles of cinematography and editing to the production of digital video. Industry standard software is employed to capture/import, edit, and produce high-end visual productions. The course includes transitions, multiple layers, alpha channels, and composite shot segments. Evaluation of multimedia projects containing video segments in terms of design aesthetics and technical competence is included. This course examines the genres of documentary, short narrative film, title sequencing, and experimental film.
