Topics include recording, classifying, reporting, and analyzing costs as well as examining different costing systems. I focuses on understanding costs, appropriate accounting for them, and using them to analyze, plan, operate, and evaluate manufacturing, merchandising, and service businesses. It utilizes the industry-standard software, Excel, to do so.
