- This course continues instruction and practice in Advance Swimming. This course emphasizes mastering the advanced skills of all the advanced swimming modalities - freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Advanced swimmers will learn and develop endurance and safety skills to swim longer distances.
