    Description
    This course is designed for students with prior indoor cycling experience who have completed a beginning class or demonstrate equivalent skill. Students will advance their cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and cycling techniques through structured workouts on Schwinn stationary bikes. Emphasis is on proper riding form, cadence, resistance control, heart rate training, and cycling drills. Class formats include interval training, endurance rides, hill climbs, speed work, and rhythm-based rides, with attention to safety and injury prevention.
