    Description
    An introduction to quality practices in manufacturing. Students will learn to read and interpret blueprints, understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T, use essential measuring tools, perform root cause failure analysis, adopt methods of process improvement and employ statistical tools. This course will prepare students for the optional Certified Production Technician (CPT) assessment through the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC).
