NOTE: Approval of equivalent enrollment eligibility is not a guarantee that state regulatory and licensing authorities will also grant equivalency for licensure or employment purposes Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionShort-term training courses focusing on specialized law enforcement instructions in law enforcement driving simulator and arrest and control techniques. The training will be divided into four-hour modules. Topics will be identified on an annual basis in conjunction with law enforcement agencies. Driving simulators will be used. May be repeated as often as necessary for purposes of recertification. Arrest and control consists of a comprehensive update and review of arrest and control skills and methods.
