- An introduction to the fundamentals of the emergency management system. Topics include the four phases of the emergency management cycle, community-focused hazard analysis, and the connection between planning and emergency management. This course is not open to students who have completed or who are enrolled in Emergency Medical Services 130. (F,S,U)
