- This course exposes the student to mechanized equipment operated by the men and women of the fire service and regulations pertaining to their use. Subject matter includes: driving laws, driving techniques, construction and operation of pumping engines, ladder trucks, aerial platforms, specialized equipment and apparatus maintenance. (U)
