- Instruction in the American Red Cross lifeguard training techniques, first aid and CPR skills required to become a poolside or water park lifeguard. Upon successful completion, a student will earn certifications in both American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. May be repeated as necessary to maintain certification.
