    Provides the opportunity for the student to apply theoretical semiconductor concepts in a laboratory environment. Major areas of emphasis include diodes, bipolar junction transistors, field-effect transistors, thyristers, optoelectronic devices, and linear integrated circuits. The course is not open to students who are enrolled or have received credit for EL 123.
