    This course is designed to prepare students for the Science portion of the High School Diploma Equivalency preparation course for GED or HiSET. Students learn skills needed in related texts of Life Science, Physical Science, and Earth and Space Science. Emphasis is placed on learning test-taking strategies and applying thinking skills to analyze tables, charts, diagrams, and text. This course can be applied to obtain a secondary education/high school equivalency exam preparation - certificate of competency.
