    This course is designed to prepare students for the Social Studies portion of the high school diploma equivalency preparation course for GED or HiSET. Students learn about Civics and Government, U.S. History, Economics, and Geography sections on the test. Emphasis is placed on learning test- taking strategies and applying thinking skills to analyze tables, charts, diagrams and text.
